Senior Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Artea Bank is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition across its digital channels. You will plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns, using data‑driven testing to improve efficiency and conversion performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Reddit and other paid acquisition platforms.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences and overall campaign performance.
• Analyse and improve metrics such as CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.
• Run audience, creative, messaging and landing‑page tests for continuous improvement.
• Work with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking and attribution data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Product and Digital Sales teams to meet growth targets.
• Identify new opportunities to scale acquisition efficiently.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on performance marketing or PPC experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with at least one additional platform (e.g., Reddit, Microsoft, LinkedIn or TikTok Ads).
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio or similar analytics tools.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
