Senior PHP Software Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer (PHP) you will join HomeToGo’s revenue platform team, the core of the company’s financial operations. You will work on complex domain logic, enterprise integrations and ensure the platform remains reliable, observable and easy to evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve business rules that calculate earnings and partner payouts.
• Build and maintain API‑ and event‑based integrations with Salesforce, SAP, payment systems and booking providers.
• Extend the platform with LLM‑based tooling and AI agents to automate operational work.
• Deliver trustworthy data to Finance and Business Intelligence, including data‑warehouse exports and quality checks.
• Keep the platform reliable and observable using Grafana, Prometheus and Kibana, and respond to incidents.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional backend development experience, preferably with PHP and Symfony.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, schema design, transactions and query optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based tools and AI‑agent frameworks.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and explain technical decisions clearly.
• Fluent English communication skills.
