Senior Product Designer, Growth

About the role

Podimo is Europe’s leading podcasting platform and is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Growth to shape user experiences that boost conversion and retention across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather quantitative and qualitative insights on user behaviour to design effective retention strategies.
• Design paywall and subscription strategies that convert new users and upgrade existing ones across web, iOS and Android.
• Create cohesive value propositions and onboarding experiences that help users discover content.
• Develop social sharing features to attract new users.
• Collaborate with the product design team to evolve the design system for all contexts.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products, including growth, subscription or monetisation work.
• Portfolio demonstrating problem definition, hypothesis testing and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work within the European Union.
• Passion for podcasts, audio and video content is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for interface design.
