Senior Product Designer

About the role

At Webshare, Product Design is integral to product decision‑making. Designers collaborate with product and engineering from problem definition through delivery, using data and experimentation to create user‑friendly experiences for a technically complex product.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product experience across onboarding, activation, proxy setup, and usage analytics.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from problem‑definition to shape what is built.
• Conduct continuous discovery, prototype concepts, and validate designs through research before execution.
• Design product experiments and A/B tests, interpreting behavioural data to inform future decisions.
• Map the complete customer journey to identify friction points and translate complex technical mechanics into accessible experiences.
• Contribute to the design system and elevate team‑wide product thinking through strong design rationale and collaborative critiques.

Required profile

• Strong product design experience with a portfolio showing end‑to‑end ownership of digital products or product areas.
• Evidence‑based product thinking that balances business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioural data.
• Exceptional interaction and information‑design skills for translating complex settings or data into clear interfaces.
• High comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and post‑launch iteration.
• Low‑ego, pragmatic mindset with strong ownership and ability to defend and adapt design decisions based on real‑world evidence.

Required skills

• A/B testing design and analysis.
• Data visualisation for dashboards and usage analytics.
