About the role

At Saily we are building a hassle‑free, AI‑driven mobile data experience for travelers in 200+ destinations. As a Senior Product Engineer you will own end‑to‑end product delivery, leveraging AI agents to amplify your impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Own problems end‑to‑end, from idea to production.
  • Deliver features using AI agents for specification, coding, testing and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data and engineering teams in small autonomous squads.
  • Improve internal AI‑agent network and development workflows.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of software development experience building real‑world products.
  • Proven track record designing and deploying AI‑native tools with measurable adoption.
  • Strong product mindset focused on outcomes and impact.

Required skills

  • Backend: Go, MySQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis.
  • Frontend: Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers.
  • Mobile: SwiftUI, Xcode, Combine, MVVM, Kotlin, Android Studio, Hilt, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose.
  • AI assistance tools: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenCode, Cursor with Composer.
