Senior Program Manager – EMEA

About the role

Dexcom is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise‑critical, cross‑functional programs across the EMEA region. You will translate global strategies into regional execution roadmaps, ensuring successful product, process, market and tender initiatives from planning through launch and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes, governance, risk management and business impact for multi‑country, high‑visibility programs.
• Translate global and enterprise strategies into integrated regional execution plans, aligning scope, sequencing and priorities with market dynamics.
• Drive alignment across commercial, regulatory, market access, supply chain, finance, quality and operations to enable compliant, scalable delivery.
• Identify strategic risks, dependencies and trade‑offs early and guide resolution through stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead program teams in a highly matrixed environment, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, multi‑country programs in a matrixed organization.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategy.
• Excellent communication, governance and risk‑management capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high‑impact outcomes at scale.
