Senior Project Manager – Strategic Initiatives

About the role

At Adform's Project Management Office (PMO) you will lead strategic, cross‑functional initiatives that shape the company's future. The role involves delivering complex projects across product development, commercial programmes and internal transformation while supporting crisis management and mentoring aspiring project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and execute top‑priority projects of medium‑to‑high complexity across Adform’s business.
• Drive a diverse portfolio including software development, commercial initiatives, large organisational changes and new business system implementations.
• Work closely with project sponsors and senior leadership to ensure delivery against agreed goals and benefits.
• Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collect, analyse and utilise project performance data to ensure smooth execution and strong control.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Partner with the PMO and senior leadership to continuously improve Adform’s project‑management framework and related processes.
• Provide mentorship and training on project‑management best practices to colleagues across the organisation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional project‑management experience.
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project‑management methodologies.
• Proven delivery of large, complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, adaptable to different audiences.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
