Senior Project Manager – TPRM Transformation

About the role

We are transforming third‑party risk management (TPRM) to meet regulatory demands and accelerate time‑to‑market. As a Senior Project Manager you will lead strategic TPRM initiatives, coordinate stakeholders and ensure successful delivery across the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic TPRM initiatives, from prioritisation through adoption and benefits realisation.
• Translate business and regulatory objectives into clear roadmaps, plans, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Maintain governance, decision‑making, stakeholder engagement and transparent delivery reporting.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities, escalating when needed.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, clear ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Prepare project and governance materials for delivery teams and senior management.
• Promote change adoption so new processes, controls and ways of working achieve intended results.
• Improve delivery practices and governance across the TPRM transformation portfolio.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project management experience covering scope, planning, execution, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Proven ability to turn strategic or regulatory objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in complex, fast‑changing environments with evolving priorities and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with confidence to challenge and align conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile or PRINCE2.
• Advanced English and strong interpersonal skills across all organisational levels.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
