About the role

Moog is seeking a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to join its research and development team in Vilnius. The role involves independent work on advanced electrical projects, driving innovation and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, implementation, and delivery of electrical engineering projects, processes, and programs.
• Conduct research, design, testing, and validation of new products, components, and systems.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and plans to guide development activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, cost, reliability, and performance standards.
• Analyze test results, manage regulatory approval processes, and monitor product development milestones.
• Provide technical guidance to lower‑level engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Deep theoretical knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Advanced experience in R&D environments, capable of solving complex, undefined problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to technical detail.
