Senior R&D Electrical Engineer

About the role

Moog is seeking a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer to join its D&D department in Vilnius. The role involves independent work on advanced electrical design, development and testing projects, contributing to the company’s innovative product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee technical design, implementation and delivery of electrical projects, processes or programs.
• Design, construct, test and operate equipment while ensuring quality, safety and reliability standards.
• Interpret plans, drawings and specifications to develop new products, components or systems.
• Analyze test results to verify compliance with internal and external standards.
• Support product regulatory approval processes and monitor development outcomes against technical, cost and timing targets.

Required profile

• Advanced education or equivalent work experience in electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to solve complex, often undefined technical problems.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and coaching junior engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate with internal experts.

Required skills
