Senior Sales Manager (Europe)

About the role

Ruptela is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe. You will lead the sales effort for its telematics and IoT solutions, building strategic relationships with B2B customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth within assigned markets.
• Identify, acquire, and nurture long‑term relationships with new B2B customers and strategic partners.
• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts while spotting new business opportunities.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and account development.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and negotiations both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Understand customer challenges and propose tailored telematics and IoT solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in telematics, IoT, SaaS, technology or automotive.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high‑value deals.
• Strong business development, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience working with international customers and partners.
• Ability to translate technical product features into business value.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages (e.g., German, Italian) are a plus.
