Senior SAP Enterprise Architect – Data Migration Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for manufacturing and automotive clients. The role will also involve building and managing a high‑performing SAP consulting team in Lithuania, reporting to the SAP Lithuania Team Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Act as solution architect for greenfield, conversion or hybrid S/4HANA projects, defining scope, target architecture and delivery roadmap.
• Lead the selection, development and mentorship of the SAP Data & Technology team, ensuring capacity, seniority and skill coverage.
• Drive opportunity analysis, proposal creation and client engagement from pre‑RFP through delivery.
• Oversee implementation, upgrades and continuous improvement of S/4HANA solutions following best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in S/4HANA implementation, system conversion or landscape transformation.
• Minimum four full‑lifecycle S/4HANA projects, including enterprise architecture and data migration.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
