Senior Technical Customer Success Specialist – Evening Shift

About the role

Join Oxylabs' Customer Success team to support B2B clients on an evening shift, acting as the main point of contact from first inquiry to issue resolution. You will help global enterprise customers get the most value from our web data gathering products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via chat, email and dedicated channels for higher‑tier clients during the 5 PM‑1 AM EET shift.
• Investigate customer requests by gathering details, checking internal databases and verifying information.
• Communicate technical topics clearly, keep customers updated and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate product logic into customer‑friendly answers.
• Monitor daily operational tasks such as server health checks, client‑specific channels and shift handovers.
• Proactively identify recurring questions, share guidance and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, success or a client‑facing role.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong problem‑solving curiosity.
• Investigative, motivated and independent with quick learning ability.
• Fast reaction, focus and empathy when helping customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Experience with proxies, VPNs or similar networking products (nice to have).
