About the role

UAB Įkrautas is expanding its service team and seeks a Service Engineer to join the crew in Vilnius. The role focuses on the maintenance and technical support of EV charging stations, solar power plants, and energy‑storage equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to equipment failures, diagnose root causes and perform initial defect analysis.
• Configure devices and prepare them for installation.
• Maintain accurate equipment records in CRM and other administration systems.
• Plan daily work, update status in the internal system and ensure timely completion.
• Train customers on the proper use of installed equipment and answer practical questions.
• Travel to customer sites primarily in Vilnius, with occasional visits to Kaunas and surrounding areas.

Required profile

• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Practical technical background (e.g., automotive repair, electronics, soldering, equipment assembly).
• Strong curiosity about how equipment works and a systematic approach to fault analysis.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to document work clearly.
• Ability to work independently or together with the service manager and colleagues.
• Clear, patient communication skills for interacting with customers.
