About the role

We are looking for a Service Master / Receptionist to join the service team at Moller Auto Savanoriai, the official Volkswagen dealer in Vilnius. The role involves delivering professional, personalised service to our customers and coordinating vehicle repair activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, individual service to service customers.
• Organise and schedule automotive repair work.
• Plan service processes and monitor execution of tasks.
• Identify and implement solutions to increase team utilisation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Collaborate with suppliers, colleagues, parts department and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair procedures.
• Experience in professional customer service, preferably in an authorised service centre.
• Self‑reliance, good organisational abilities and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Higher education, preferably in technical sciences.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and driving experience.
