Site Reliability Engineer II – Hybrid (Vilnius/Kaunas)

About the role

Bentley is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to automate and manage cloud‑based services infrastructure, with a focus on DevOps automation principles. The role involves designing, developing, provisioning, maintaining, and monitoring Azure cloud resources and tooling.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and improve CI/CD automation and tooling using Azure DevOps, scripting, and proprietary systems.
• Automate Azure cloud deployments, resource provisioning, and related infrastructure tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application development, deployment, and operational issues.
• Analyze availability, performance, and outage incidents, providing technical leadership for proactive resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies.
• Continuously enhance processes and tools to boost efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud services development, deployment, or IT cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, YAML, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server/Azure SQL setup and troubleshooting.
