Solderer – Manufacturing (Vilnius)

About the role

Join FREOR’s modern production plant in Vilnius as a Solderer, contributing to the assembly of energy‑efficient refrigeration equipment. No prior experience is required – we provide on‑the‑job training and a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare components for soldering.
• Solder refrigeration equipment parts according to technical drawings and schematics.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the production area and warehouse.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Promote a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Motivation to learn soldering techniques on the job.
• Punctual, responsible and detail‑oriented.
• Good problem‑solving ability and quick orientation.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Gas soldering (advantageous).
• Reading and analysing technical drawings (advantageous).
• Basic understanding of soldering principles (advantageous).
• Familiarity with ERP Monitor software (advantageous).
