Staff Engineer, Supply

About the role

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the Supply domain at Vinted. In this senior technical position you will shape the engineering strategy, drive innovative solutions and ensure the scalability and performance of our marketplace services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with domain leadership to co‑create and align the engineering roadmap with product vision.
• Own and improve the Supply domain of the Vinted Marketplace, setting best practices for software development.
• Act as a technical leader across the organisation, initiating and supporting projects that span multiple teams.
• Define and maintain a technical roadmap, guiding teams through implementation and delivery.
• Ensure high‑performance, reliable and scalable solutions using modern cloud‑native technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in a fast‑moving, consumer‑focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the company.
• Passion for building robust, scalable systems and mentoring engineers.
