About the role

As a Building Project Manager for infrastructure structures, you will lead the planning, design, and delivery of large‑scale, sustainable projects across Lithuania and abroad. You will ensure that essential services such as clean water, warm homes, and efficient transport are available today and in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Plan design activities, create implementation schedules and monitor projects to guarantee timely, high‑quality, on‑budget delivery.
• Organise and supervise the work of project‑area leaders and the broader project team.
• Ensure the quality and financial performance of design services and documentation.
• Coordinate technical design issues with clients, negotiating institutions and project participants.
• Identify and manage subcontractors, overseeing their deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Higher education in engineering.
• 3‑7 years of experience in transport infrastructure projects.
• Certificate of qualification for building project management.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale design projects and collaborating with international teams.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Personal traits: openness to change, honesty, proactivity, teamwork orientation.
