About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Works Manager to lead and coordinate all on‑site activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing subcontractors and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, evaluate the quality and timeliness of their work, and participate in work acceptance procedures.
• Organize and guarantee smooth, timely, and high‑quality execution of construction tasks.
• Control work volumes, progress, and compliance with established quality standards.
• Order required materials promptly and manage site‑specific resources efficiently.
• Prepare and complete all documentation required for construction progress and organize the hand‑over of completed work.
• Ensure that construction processes meet technological requirements and quality standards.

Required profile

• Higher engineering education (bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Proven experience as a construction works manager with strong process‑management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the quality of their work.
• Experience on large‑scale construction projects is a distinct advantage.
