Structural Engineer – Sustainable Projects (Lithuania)

About the role

Join COWI’s growing Structural Engineering team in Lithuania and contribute to innovative, sustainable solutions for projects across Denmark, Norway and Sweden. You will work with a diverse group of experts to deliver high‑quality structural designs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform local and global calculations for steel, cast‑in‑situ, or precast structures.
• Prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation.
• Create 3D models using Tekla Structures or Revit.
• Deliver projects reliably within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong, value‑driven relationships with colleagues across COWI offices.

Required profile

• Service‑minded, flexible professional with excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Attention to detail and openness to new challenges.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 + years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and industry standards.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
