About the role

The University of Technology seeks a Student Admission Coordinator to ensure a smooth, transparent, and user‑friendly admission process for prospective students and university staff. You will be responsible for daily coordination, analysis, and continuous improvement of the admission workflow, as well as the development of digital solutions supporting it.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organise admission for first‑, second‑, integrated and professional study programmes.
• Inform and advise applicants and university units on admission procedures and policies.
• Monitor, analyse and propose improvements to admission processes.
• Implement and manage admission tools within the Academic Information System (AIS) and train users.
• Contribute to the preparation of admission‑related documents, procedures and website content.
• Perform statistical analysis of admission data, summarise results and provide insights for process optimisation.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Experience in organisational or administrative work, preferably in education or the public sector.
• Understanding of higher‑education systems and personal data protection principles.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to synthesise information.
• Excellent communication, consultation and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English (minimum B2).
