About the role

The College is looking for a Study Programme Curator to manage student and listener data, coordinate schedules and support the academic administration team. This full‑time position works on‑site in Kaunas and offers a structured career path within higher education.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain student, listener and study record data in the college information system.
• Prepare lecture and exam timetables, coordinate any changes and communicate updates.
• Draft, file and administer documents related to the study process.
• Collect, systematise and report statistical data on students, listeners and graduates.
• Execute manager directives and provide assistance to other college staff members.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• At least one year of comparable experience.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience working with databases.
