Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that all incoming materials and components meet our high quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison for quality‑related queries with suppliers and the purchasing department, supporting continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze quality indicators of incoming materials and components.
• Conduct laboratory tests to verify material compliance.
• Initiate and manage supplier non‑compliance processes.
• Serve as the point of contact for supplier and purchasing quality queries.
• Support suppliers in meeting our quality standards and assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in chemistry, materials science, technology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem‑identification and resolution skills.
• Attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility.
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian; intermediate English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems (preferred).
• Technical drawing interpretation.
