Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Dexcom is looking for a proactive Supply Chain Analyst to act as the daily liaison between internal European teams, third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouses, and selected partners. You will ensure service level agreements are met, resolve fulfillment issues quickly, and support continuous process improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shared email inboxes and coordinate timely communication with internal departments, 3PL sites, and clients.
• Track and resolve fulfillment issues to meet SLA commitments.
• Validate transaction completeness in multiple IT systems.
• Maintain and update internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate process changes, delays, and major incidents to relevant stakeholders.
• Support tender implementation and contract fulfillment according to agreed timelines.
• Assist with product upgrades, new product launches, and market introductions.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
