Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll be the brains behind our supply chain – from inventory and forecasting to purchasing, logistics, and supplier management. You keep operations running smoothly, spot risks before they arise, and build systems that make the company structurally stronger.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast demand and manage stock levels across our fulfillment center, Bol.com, Amazon, and B2B channels.
• Plan purchase orders and local inventory to prevent stock‑outs.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
• Optimize logistics for cost, speed, and consistency.
• Handle import documentation, customs, and HS codes.
• Build scalable supply chain systems and workflows.
• Track KPIs such as lead times, forecast accuracy, and stock health, adjusting as needed.
• Align demand planning with marketing, finance, and operations.

Required profile

• 2+ years in D2C supply chain or operations (e‑commerce required).
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and international supply chains.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes.
• Experience with fulfillment platforms (Amazon FBA, Bol LVB).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and ERP skills.
• Structured, precise, and solution‑oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch (a huge plus) and English.
