Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the role

Lidl is looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to ensure product availability, optimise goods flow and support daily operations across the Baltic region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and optimise goods flow in internal systems.
• Participate in non‑standard situation solving – from delivery challenges to quality issues.
• Analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPI) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure consistent product availability while collaborating with cross‑functional departments in the Baltics.
• Support seasonal business by preparing demand analysis, creating ordering plans and following up execution.
• Address non‑standard issues related to goods flow processes, product deliveries and quality.

Required profile

• University degree (students are also considered).
• Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Relevant experience is an advantage.
• Very good English (B2+) and German is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data, spot trends and make decisions.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Responsible, result‑oriented personality.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
