About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems on construction sites. The role combines technical supervision with project coordination to ensure quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HVAC installers and subcontractors, ensuring work meets technical standards.
• Maintain the construction journal and document daily progress.
• Order materials and supplies required for HVAC works.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
• Perform any additional tasks that match the holder’s qualifications.

Required profile

• Higher technical engineering education, preferably in HVAC or related field.
• At least one year of experience in HVAC installation or site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction technical regulations and ability to apply them.
• Motivation to work, learn and improve.
• Ability to organise work and time independently.
