About the role
Join Citco’s Talent Acquisition team in Vilnius for a six‑month Autumn/Winter 2026 internship. You will support recruitment activities across Lithuania and globally, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening and hiring top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates on LinkedIn, local job boards and other platforms.
- Prepare and post vacancies on online portals, university career sites and social media.
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and help schedule interviews.
- Participate in talent acquisition projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for recruitment, employer branding and people interaction.
- Eager to learn and motivated to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English language proficiency.
- Availability to work 30‑39 hours per week during office hours for six months.
