Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process in a fast‑moving AdTech environment. You will connect great people with great opportunities, bringing enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a strong focus on candidate and hiring‑manager experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle – from job posting and proactive sourcing to interviews, candidate communication, and offer coordination.
• Build and nurture talent pools using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Support hiring managers and interviewers with interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and decision‑making.
• Track key hiring metrics, provide clear updates, insights, and recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Lead smaller projects and initiatives to enhance Talent Acquisition processes and the overall candidate experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably hiring for tech roles.
• Strong sourcing abilities and confidence using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment tools.
• Good understanding of interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across all levels.
• Curiosity and eagerness to grow within the Talent Acquisition field.
