About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the recruitment of diverse talent across multiple countries in a dynamic aviation environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies and ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers, aligning expectations, challenging assumptions, and designing effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for roles ranging from frontline positions to specialist, technical, and leadership roles across several countries.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, including intake, market mapping, interview design, offer management, and onboarding handover.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and long‑term candidate engagement.
• Design targeted attraction campaigns to strengthen employer branding and connect with relevant talent pools.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Candidate‑experience mindset with a focus on clear communication and respectful feedback.
• Fluent English with a professional, ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
