Talent Acquisition Partner – Junior/Mid Level

About the role

Eldorado.gg is expanding rapidly and needs a Talent Acquisition Partner who can build long‑term hiring partnerships across the business. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring journey for both IT and non‑IT roles, ensuring a fast, transparent, and human candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑cycle recruitment process from role discovery to offer stage for IT and non‑IT positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role profiles, hiring strategies, and expectations.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run structured interviews and use data‑driven insights to make hiring decisions.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience that is transparent, human, and fast.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
• Strong ownership mindset – you focus on results, not just tasks.
• Understanding of business roles, terminology, and market trends.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without losing focus.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and genuine interest in recruitment.
• Fluent communication in Lithuanian.
