Talent Acquisition Partner – Tech & R&D (Telematics)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions within our telematics business. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract developers, engineers, QA specialists and select administrative roles, supporting our rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical roles, from drafting job ads to sourcing, screening, interviewing and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align on hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, share insights and implement best practices to enhance speed, quality and candidate experience.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to provide data‑driven recommendations aligned with company growth goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar, with hands‑on tech recruitment.
• Strong enthusiasm for recruitment, growth mindset and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Collaborative attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
