Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Artea Bank is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruitment process, shape the candidate experience, and support hiring managers across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Applicant Tracking System, managing job ads, candidate pipelines and interview coordination.
• Perform initial candidate screening to select the most suitable applicants.
• Support recruitment interviews, advise hiring managers and contribute expertise to hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the Customer Support recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
• Participate in cross‑functional and ad‑hoc recruitment projects.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in employee sourcing and recruitment.
• Strong command of spoken and written Lithuanian and very good English.
• Experience using recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and job advertising platforms.
• Focus on internal customer needs and ability to create a great experience for managers and candidates.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, curiosity and intrinsic motivation to learn.
