Tax Business Development Specialist

About the role

Our International Tax Department is expanding and seeks a Tax Business Development Specialist to help grow our tax services portfolio. This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys client interaction, understands business needs, and wants to transition toward a commercial, client‑facing role.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing international clients to understand their tax‑related needs.
• Identify opportunities where our tax services add value and prepare tailored proposals.
• Participate in client meetings, explain tax topics, and support the negotiation and closing process.
• Research markets and companies to uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain records of client interactions in the CRM and share insights with tax and business development teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in tax, tax advisory, tax consulting, accounting or a closely related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex tax concepts simply.
• Genuine interest in business development and a proactive, curious mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for working with international clients.
• Motivation to move from a technical tax role to a client‑facing commercial career.
