Team Leader, Trust & Safety Operations

About the role

As a Team Leader within the Trust & Safety Operations department, you will be responsible for growing and developing your team members while ensuring the community feels well taken care of. You will act as a role model, demonstrate Vinted’s core values, and deliver high‑quality member support.

Key responsibilities

• Align the team on clear objectives, track progress through regular 1:1s, and provide timely, actionable feedback.
• Ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on multi‑team projects.
• Focus on professional and personal growth of team members, including performance and compensation reviews.
• Build and maintain a trusting, accountable team culture that embraces conflict and results.
• Implement Trust & Safety strategic directions and continuously improve operations and processes.
• Take ownership of achieving service‑quality targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a leadership role or a clear track record toward leadership.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written in English.
• Result‑ and people‑oriented mindset with critical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and learn quickly.
