Technical Customer Success Specialist – Day Shift

About the role

Join Oxylabs' Customer Success team to help B2B clients get the most out of our web data gathering products. You will be the main point of contact for higher‑tier customers, guiding them through technical questions, product setup, troubleshooting and daily usage.

Key responsibilities

• Support B2B customers via chat, email and dedicated channels, handling inquiries from first contact to resolution.
• Investigate requests by gathering details, checking internal databases and verifying information.
• Provide clear, timely responses, keep customers updated and ensure issues are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate product logic into understandable answers.
• Monitor daily operational tasks such as server health checks, client‑specific channels and shift handovers.
• Proactively identify recurring questions, share guidance and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, customer success or a similar client‑facing role.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with strong problem‑solving attitude and curiosity about how products work.
• Investigative, motivated and independent, able to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Quick reaction, strong focus and empathy when assisting customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Required skills

• Experience with proxies, VPNs or similar networking products (nice to have).
