Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead for our Audience Growth team. You will lead engineers, shape technical direction with product and design partners, and stay hands‑on to build the hardest parts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and mentor them through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers from discovery through delivery.
• Own landing page and website builders, signup forms, subscriber imports, preference centers and opt‑in flows.
• Build and maintain integrations that bring subscribers from other platforms.
• Ensure forms, imports and opt‑in flows are fast, reliable and resistant to abuse.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of production quality, performance, monitoring and incident resolution.

Required profile

• 6+ years building production web applications with strong PHP and Laravel experience.
• Solid modern JavaScript skills, ideally with Vue 3.
• Experience leading engineers technically, as a tech lead or senior engineer.
• Designing and maintaining REST APIs and working with third‑party APIs and OAuth.
• Good relational database skills, preferably PostgreSQL, and experience with background jobs and queues.
• Product mindset and ability to join customer research, challenge requirements and measure results.
• Excellent written and spoken English and comfort working async in a remote team.
• At least 5 hours overlap with CET time zone.
