About the role

The company is looking for a Technical Supervision Manager to lead the technical oversight of general construction works in Vilnius. You will ensure that all building activities meet quality standards, follow approved technologies, and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the duties of a technical supervision manager for general construction projects.
• Guarantee that works are executed with high quality and according to the prescribed technology, documenting any non‑conformities.
• Inspect and verify the quality of construction products and equipment used on site.
• Coordinate technical issues with the client and contractors.
• Manage the procedures for construction completion.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications and documentation for public procurement.

Required profile

• Higher university engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Valid qualification certificate authorising special building technical supervision, including heritage area certification.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, systems and work technology.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to communicate arguments clearly with all project parties.
• Capable of making independent complex decisions.
• Fluent Lithuanian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience with public procurement is a strong advantage.
• Impeccable personal and professional reputation.
