About the role

We are looking for a Technical Supervision Manager to lead special construction works in the mechanical field for key infrastructure projects in Vilnius. You will ensure that water, sewage, heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning installations are executed to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the laying of water supply and sewage networks and the installation of related engineering systems.
• Oversee the installation of building heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Guarantee work quality and compliance with technical specifications, recording any non‑conformities.
• Verify that equipment, materials and solutions meet the required technical standards.
• Coordinate technical issues with the client and contractors, and manage construction completion procedures.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications and documentation for public procurement.

Required profile

• Higher university degree in engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical supervision of special construction works.
• Valid qualification certificate authorising technical supervision of special buildings, including heritage sites.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.
• Responsible, meticulous and capable of clear, argumentative communication with all project parties.
• Fluent Lithuanian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Impeccable personal and professional reputation.
