About the role

The position focuses on developing and updating CNC cutting and milling programs, translating new product designs into clear manufacturing processes, and continuously improving production efficiency in a furniture manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CNC programs using WoodWOP and Cut Rite (≈25% of time).
• Adapt new product designs for production processes (≈20%).
• Translate engineering drawings into detailed technological processes (≈15%).
• Evaluate and optimise product constructions for cost‑effectiveness without compromising design (≈15%).
• Monitor and analyse manufacturing processes, initiating improvements (≈10%).
• Resolve daily production challenges together with workshop masters and colleagues (≈8%).
• Work on component and material standardisation to reduce costs and increase efficiency (≈7%).
• Assess quality of raw materials, components and finished goods (≈7%).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience with CNC programming (WoodWOP, Cut Rite) or ability to create such programs.
• Proficiency with at least one drawing/CAD software.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and organise own workload.
• Comfortable working both at a computer and on the shop floor.
• Strong analytical skills for handling large amounts of information.
