Technologist I

About the role

Join Teva’s biotechnology team as a Technologist I, working in a GMP‑compliant environment to support the production of high‑quality biopharmaceutical products. You will gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge purification processes and contribute to the delivery of medicines that improve patients’ lives worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial recovery steps, including biomass lysis with high‑pressure homogenizers and inclusion‑body separation by centrifugation.
• Execute purification operations such as tangential flow filtration (concentration/diafiltration), depth filtration, chromatography, and protein solution formulation.
• Carry out aseptic filling and prepare final product for storage.
• Prepare process solutions and manage equipment cleaning manually and with cleaning machines.
• Operate autoclaves for sterilisation and maintain cleanroom standards.
• Work on a rotating shift system covering day, evening and occasional night shifts.

Required profile

• Degree in bioengineering, biochemistry, biology, chemistry or biotechnology.
• Ability to understand critical process steps and work independently.
• Strong organisational skills and accurate, compliant documentation practices.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive, diligent approach.
• Good command of both Lithuanian and English, spoken and written.

Required skills
