Transformation Officer – Business Analyst

About the role

The Transformation Officer role sits at the core of Alter Domus' Transformation Office, supporting a global transformation programme through structured business analysis, data synthesis and process mapping. This early‑career position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem‑solving, digging into detail and delivering high‑quality analytical outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured current‑state analysis, map processes and gather quantitative and qualitative data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with global process owners, operations teams and subject‑matter experts to capture requirements, support workshops and translate business needs into clear user stories.
• Support technology‑enabled transformation by defining functional requirements, assessing AI tools and ensuring alignment between processes and system capabilities.
• Maintain workstream documentation, track issues, assist with testing and user acceptance, and proactively flag risks or blockers.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, operations or financial services (exceptional recent graduates considered).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail and the capacity to produce rigorous, high‑quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present information in a structured and compelling way.
• Proactive, self‑starting mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
