Transport Coordinator (French) – Logistics Role

About the role

Yara International is expanding its European Business Services and seeks a Transport Coordinator fluent in French to support its logistics operations in Vilnius. The role focuses on managing transport activities, ensuring on‑time deliveries and maintaining high customer satisfaction within the company's sustainability‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all transport activities in line with Service Level Agreements for Commercial and Production units.
• Plan deliveries, coordinate transport call‑offs, execute on‑time shipments, select optimal carriers and calculate shipment costs.
• Deliver excellent transport services to meet customer requirements and team KPIs, and develop solutions to boost satisfaction.
• Follow up on complaints using appropriate tools.
• Act as a role model for health, environment, safety, quality, corporate social responsibility and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Relevant operational experience or studies in supply‑chain or transport organization.
• Fluent/native French language skills.
• Excellent communication and proven teamwork abilities.
• Proactive, self‑driven and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Lithuania and eligible to work there.
