About the role

We are looking for a motivated Transport Coordinator to join the LTG Link team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for overseeing daily train operations, ensuring schedules are met, and handling any unexpected situations that arise.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily train activities and ensure trips run according to plan.
• Resolve unforeseen incidents, coordinate actions and find optimal solutions when conditions change.
• Plan and manage train and crew resources to guarantee smooth passenger service.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and customer‑service teams.
• Make real‑time operational decisions to support efficient transport service organization.
• Work a rotating schedule, including night shifts (paid at a higher rate).

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in transport, operations or management.
• Experience in logistics and transport flow management; railway experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, English and/or Polish (minimum B1 level).
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems quickly.
• Strong stress‑management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, initiative and teamwork abilities.
