About the role

The Transport Department Manager will lead the transport team, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end operations from driver recruitment to shipment control. This senior position requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transport department and guarantee stable, efficient processes.
• Optimize driver management, reduce turnover and maintain high motivation.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, service activities and oversee the service network.
• Implement the company’s development strategy for transport operations.
• Design and deploy transport management processes using a TMS platform.
• Analyse performance metrics, optimise workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Foster clear communication, responsibility distribution and teamwork.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle transport processes in a medium‑sized company.
• Broad understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of transport.
• Experience with transport management and service‑network organisation.
• Hands‑on experience with a Transport Management System (TMS).
• Strong team‑leadership skills and ability to solve operational issues.
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written).
