About the role

The Transport Department Manager will lead the transport division, ensuring smooth operations from driver recruitment to shipment control. This senior role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transport department and guarantee stable, efficient processes.
• Optimize driver management, reduce turnover, and maintain high motivation.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, service contracts, and fleet servicing.
• Implement the company’s growth strategy for transport services.
• Design and run transport management processes through a TMS platform.
• Analyze performance metrics, streamline processes, and resolve operational challenges.
• Foster clear communication, responsibility distribution, and teamwork within the department.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end transport processes in a medium‑sized company.
• Broad understanding of both strategic and operational aspects of transport operations.
• Experience organizing transport management and service networks.
• Hands‑on experience with a Transport Management System (TMS).
• Strong team‑leadership skills and ability to solve operational issues quickly.
• Fluent Russian, both spoken and written.
