Treasury Manager – Corporate Finance & Banking

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury Manager to lead financing, cash management and banking relationships for Everwest, a logistics company focused on Western‑quality delivery. The role will support the CFO and Board in securing funding, optimizing liquidity and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financing planning for the Group, identify funding needs, propose structures and prepare pipelines for senior review.
• Negotiate terms with banks and lessors, prepare comparative analyses and coordinate financing documentation with legal counsel.
• Onboard new banking partners, manage due‑diligence, account opening and integration into group payment processes.
• Analyse total banking costs, negotiate improvements and optimise payment flows across entities.
• Manage factoring arrangements, monitor limits and utilisation.
• Own short‑term liquidity planning, daily/weekly cash positioning and fund transfers across accounts, entities and currencies.
• Control bank KYC processes, ensure timely responses and prevent account restrictions.
• Handle EU currency‑control and sanctions‑related payment issues, resolve blocked payments and document resolutions.
• Administer user access rights on e‑banking and payment platforms.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate banking or corporate finance; logistics or asset‑heavy industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record negotiating with banks and handling facility and security documentation.
• Strong understanding of debt instruments such as term loans, leasing, factoring and overdrafts.
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML processes and EU sanctions/currency‑control practices.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain cash‑flow models.
