Truck Workshop Technician

About the role

As a Truck Workshop Technician at Volvo Lietuva you will play a key part in keeping commercial vehicles safe and operational. You will work in a modern workshop environment, applying manufacturer procedures and contributing to Volvo’s vision of sustainable transport.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs according to the manufacturer’s procedures, ensuring safety and responsibility.
• Diagnose faults and repair electric systems on commercial trucks.
• Follow warranty procedures and manage warranty material for each completed repair.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑maintained workshop, including tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Technical and practical competence in repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
• Working knowledge of vehicle technology; knowledge of electric systems and power schemes is a plus.
• Active team member willing to develop or improve work processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to new processes, acquire new skills, and participate in training.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical education is advantageous.
• Driver licence category B (category C is a plus).
• General computer literacy.
• Good Lithuanian language skills; English knowledge is a plus.
