UI/UX Designer – Digital Products

About the role

Join Ignitis Digital Team as a UI/UX Designer. You will craft exceptional user experiences for digital products serving over 1,000,000 monthly users across the Baltic States, Poland and Finland.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign and improve websites, apps and self‑service systems.
• Create user‑centered solutions focused on digital growth and performance.
• Support email‑marketing and data‑driven campaigns.
• Collaborate with product owners, client experience and support teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and present design concepts and high‑fidelity visuals.
• Define and prioritize product feature road‑maps.
• Identify and resolve UX challenges to improve conversion rates and reduce support inquiries.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to propose adjustments that enhance satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in wireframing and designing IT systems, e‑commerce projects, corporate websites or mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of design methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean UX and Growth‑Driven Design.
• Proven ability to tackle product challenges with creative, user‑centered solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Figma and experience with analytical platforms like Google Analytics or HotJar.
• Curiosity for AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E and Figma AI.
• Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to pixel‑perfect designs.
• Enthusiasm for running A/B tests to iterate and identify winning designs.
